Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with expertise in organic product retail and nutrition. As the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana has established an online store focused on organic body care products and environmental sustainability. In addition, Mariana has served as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previously, Mariana owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019 and worked as a Nutritionist at a private consulting office from February 2016 to 2019. Furthermore, during August 2016 to August 2017, Mariana was a university lecturer, teaching subjects on applied mathematics in nutrition and food history.
