Shannon Oliverio has a diverse and extensive work experience in the design and product development industry. Shannon is currently serving as the Vice President of Merchandising and Design at Juliska since January 2023. Prior to this role, they worked as the Director of Merchandising and Design at Juliska from January 2021 to February 2023. Shannon also held the position of Director of Design at Juliska from February 2019 to January 2021.
Before joining Juliska, Shannon worked at Rauch Industries - Jay Strongwater, where they served as the Director of Design and Product Development from August 2017 to February 2019.
Prior to that, Shannon gained valuable experience at Castenea Partners - Jay Strongwater as the Director of Design and Product Development. During their tenure from August 2015 to August 2017, they focused on brand strategy, new growth opportunities, and diversifying product offerings. Shannon successfully directed product launches and created exclusive launches for renowned retailers such as Neiman Marcus, Chalhoub, and Harrods.

Shannon started their career at Weingeroff - Jay Strongwater, where they held positions as a Product Development Manager from September 2008 to August 2011 and as a Designer from April 2006 to September 2008. Shannon also gained experience as a Toy Sculptor at Peerbrook from August 2005 to July 2006 and as an Assistant Manager at Mica Store from April 2002 to July 2005.

Shannon Oliverio pursued their education in the field of arts. From 1998 to 1999, they attended Columbus College of Art & Design to study Fine Arts.
