Fabian Kuonen

Fabian Kuonen has extensive work experience in various roles related to technical compliance, cyber security, and engineering. In 2008, they began their career as a Client Engineer at Flughafen Zürich AG. Fabian then joined Avanade in 2010 as a Consultant, where they worked until 2014. At Julius Baer, Fabian held the position of Endpoint Security Engineer from 2014 to 2018. In 2019, they worked as a Senior Consultant in Cyber Security at PwC Switzerland. Currently, Fabian is employed at Julius Baer, first as the Technical Security Officer from 2019 to 2022, and currently as the Head Of Technical Compliance Asia.

Fabian Kuonen attended the HWZ University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration Zurich from 2013 to 2017. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science ZFH in Wirtschaftsinformatik, focusing on the field of Wirtschaftsinformatik. In May 2021, Fabian also obtained the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification from (ISC)².
