Clemens Mueller

Clemens Mueller is an operations manager at Julius Berger Nigeria PLC, where responsibilities include overseeing the Rehabilitation and Improvement of Access Roads and Crossing of Cotonou project in Benin Republic. Prior to this role, Clemens served as a technical project manager and technical office manager for the Second River Niger Bridge project in Anambra State, Nigeria. Clemens has experience in work planning for infrastructure projects at Julius Berger International GmbH and has held various research and educational roles at TU Bergakademie Freiberg, where engagement included lecturing on construction and project management, as well as conducting research on estimation techniques. Clemens holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and completed a dissertation in Construction Management from TU Bergakademie Freiberg. Additionally, Clemens has international experience as a visiting PhD student at Universidad Nacional de Colombia and has completed internships in various organizations.
