Kamlesh Kumar is an experienced supply chain and operations professional, currently serving as the Vice President of Supply Chain at Jumbotail, where focus is on organizing the food and grocery ecosystem in India through technology and continuous improvement of customer experience. With previous roles as Head of Sales at Navi and Director of Supply Chain Operations at Swiggy, Kamlesh has a strong background in enhancing operational excellence and simplifying consumer experiences. Kamlesh also played a vital role as Senior General Manager at Suprdaily, developing a hyperlocal grocery delivery model, and launched grocery operations at Flipkart as City Operations Head. The career began at Caterpillar Inc., where Kamlesh excelled in the Leadership Development Program, leading Six Sigma projects and setting up quality teams, earning the Global Caterpillar Chairman award. Kamlesh holds an MBA in Operations & Supply Chain Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham.
