Emmanuel Ukhagbe is an experienced and innovative engineering professional with over 20 years of experience in luxury hotel chains. Emmanuel has held various roles such as Director of Engineering and Chief Engineer in prestigious hotels and resorts across different destinations in the Middle East, Seychelles, and Africa. Emmanuel has expertise in property operation, maintenance, and asset management. Emmanuel has pre-opening experience in six hotels and resorts and has demonstrated proficiency in coordinating daily operations, training, preventive maintenance, and ensuring smooth guest services. Emmanuel has worked with renowned companies such as Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts, The St. Regis The Palm Dubai, Marriott International, Banyan Tree Seychelles, BT alwadi, and Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts.

Emmanuel Ukhagbe earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering from the Institute of Management Technology, which they attended from 1996 to 1999. Prior to that, they obtained a National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the Federal Polytechnic Bida, where they studied from 1993 to 1995. In addition to their formal education, Emmanuel has also pursued various certifications on platforms such as LinkedIn, covering topics including business analysis, leadership, construction management, decision-making, and data analytics.
