Carlos Santos

Carlos Santos has extensive experience in project and technical support management, primarily with Jumia Group since 2015, where roles have included Director of Technical Support and Head of Technical Support. Prior to Jumia, Carlos held project management positions at various companies, including ITSector and Finangeste, where responsibilities encompassed project management, functional analysis, and consulting for financial platforms. Carlos also founded Netosfera, an internet services company, and successfully managed it before transitioning to a managerial role after its acquisition. Academic qualifications include licentiates in Technology and Information Systems and Business Informatics from Universidade do Minho.
