Thibault Adeline

Thibault Adeline is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and vendor management, currently serving as Group VP Operations at Jumia Group since January 2019. Thibault oversees a large operations department across 12 countries, focusing on enhancing customer and vendor experiences. Previously held roles include Group VP Vendor & Customer Experience and Group Head of Vendor Experience, where Thibault successfully implemented pan-African projects that significantly improved vendor satisfaction and operational efficiency. Prior to Jumia, Thibault worked at Amazon as a Vendor Manager, where achievements included negotiating retail partnerships and expanding product categories. Thibault's early career includes roles at foodpanda, Coca-Cola Enterprises, Mondelēz International, and Wood Mackenzie, along with leadership in student organizations at ESCP Europe. Thibault holds a Master in Management from ESCP Business School and has also participated in an exchange program focused on entrepreneurship and international trade at Bond University.
