Lucimara Passos

Lucimara Passos has had a varied work experience in the field of human resources. Lucimara started their career as an intern at ZARAPLAST S.A. in 2005 and then moved on to work as an Analyst of Human Resources at Keyrus from 2006 to 2009. Lucimara later joined Senior Solution S.A. as an HR Analyst from 2009 to 2011 before returning to Keyrus as the Coordinator of HR from 2011 to 2019. Most recently, they worked at Jump, where they started as an HR Manager in 2019 and was promoted to Human Resources Director in December 2023.

Lucimara Passos completed a post-graduate degree in Strategic People Management at Centro Universitário Senac from 2011 to 2012. Prior to that, they earned a degree in Psychology from Uninove - Universidade Nove de Julho, between 2004 and 2009. Additionally, they obtained several certifications in various fields such as Human Resources, Professional and Emotional Competencies, Recruitment and Selection, and Employer Branding from different institutions including ADVANCE Consulting, Corpbusiness, PUCRS - Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul, Gupy, SBCoaching, Sebrae, Senai São Paulo, and Fundação Getulio Vargas.
