Alana Ferrante

Alana Ferrante's work experience begins in 2012 as an Assistant Manager/Human Resource Assistant at Cleveland Laser Spa. Alana then worked as an HR Administrative Assistant at Greencastle LLC in 2014. In 2015, they became an HRIS Analyst/Benefits & Comp Admin at Ajilon/GCA Services Group, Inc. Alana joined the Ohio Army National Guard as a Chaplain Assistant in 2011 and served until 2016. From 2016 to 2018, they held the role of HR Director at Relentless Recovery Inc, where they were responsible for various HR functions, including compensation analysis, compliance, payroll processing, and workplace issue resolution. Alana then became the Executive Vice President of Relentless Recovery Inc from 2018 to 2022, overseeing operations, strategic planning, and managing a large team. Currently, they are working at Jump 450 as the MD of HR since January 2023, utilizing their extensive experience and expertise in human resources management.

Alana Ferrante started their education at Cloverleaf High School, where they completed their secondary education from 2008 to 2011. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies at Cleveland State University from 2012 to 2016.
