Roger Quint M.S., ITILv4 is an experienced professional with a strong background in the field of IT and biometrics. Roger has worked in various roles and companies, starting from their time at the Medical College of Virginia as an Assistant Professor of Radiology, where they developed innovative cardiac imaging diagnostic methods and contributed to the field of nuclear medicine.

In 1998, Roger joined Jasper Consulting as the Chief Technology Officer, where they successfully sold a national identification global solution to Bolivia. Roger also worked on winning proposals and competing against major companies in the industry.

Roger then moved on to work at 123ID, where they held multiple roles, including President and CEO and CTO. During their time there, they played a key role in the acquisition of Jasper's biometric technology and patented fingerprint matching interoperability. Roger also improved the usability and accuracy of the company's fingerprint matching algorithm, enabling mass distribution and sale of their products.

From 2010 to 2015, Roger worked at Telos Identity Solutions LLC as a Program Director. Roger designed and implemented a commercial employee event and schedule management SaaS platform and achieved IAFIS FBI Certification for Telos Designated Aviation Channeling system.

In 2015, Roger joined Crossmatch as a Senior Solutions Architect, where they played a crucial role in enabling the launch of the company's multi-factor identity access management enterprise solutions and competed with major competitors for important projects.

In 2017, Roger joined Ideal Innovations, Inc. as the SVP of Global Solutions, where they architected a surveillance face recognition product and evaluated biometric face recognition performance.

From 2018 to 2020, Roger worked at Unisys as the Identity and Biometrics Solutions Management Lead and Identity and Biometrics SME. Roger directed the successful launch of Unisys Identity Access Management (IAM) Cloud offering and was the principal architect for a multi-million proposal for the US Army.

Most recently, in 2021, Roger joined JumpCloud as a Senior Product Manager, where they focus on authentication and private key infrastructure.

Roger Quint earned their Bachelor's degree in Mathematics/Economics from Virginia Commonwealth University in 1984. Roger then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Computer Science from the same university, completing it in 1986. In terms of additional certifications, Roger obtained the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL v4) certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in November 2019. Roger also obtained the Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft in January 2020 and the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in April 2021.
