Mike Davis

Mike Davis has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Mike started their career in 2004 as an All Purpose Food Clerk at Safeway, where they handled cash and credit payments, assisted customers, and stocked merchandise. In 2007, they worked as a Caretaker at Public Partnerships.

From 2011 to 2014, Mike worked as a Tech Specialist at Office Depot, resolving technical issues for clients both in person and remotely. Mike then joined Staples as an Assistant Store Manager in 2014, focusing on providing excellent customer service and addressing customer inquiries and complaints.

In 2015, Mike worked as a Universal Banker at U.S. Bank, where they managed sales and service activities, opened accounts, and resolved customer service issues. Simultaneously, they started working at VMware as a Senior Technical Support Engineer, supporting global customers and partners and resolving technical issues across VMware products.

In 2018, Mike transitioned to the role of Escalation Engineer at VMware, where they resolved escalated cases, solved complex issues, and collaborated with development teams to improve software.
