Vindhya Joseph

Vindhya Joseph has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Vindhya is currently a Senior Software Engineering Manager at JumpCloud, starting in December 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Unibuddy as a Director of Engineering from July 2021 to January 2023. Vindhya also held roles at Unibuddy as an Engineering Manager from February 2020 to July 2021 and as a Senior Software Engineer from February 2019 to February 2020.

Before joining Unibuddy, Vindhya served as the Co-Founder of Turia Wellness Solutions from January 2018 to May 2019. Vindhya also gained experience as the Director of Engineering at DataPhi Labs from October 2016 to December 2017. In this role, they led a team of 8 engineers and worked on projects including TINWAY, Vaidyo, and HealthSetGo.

Additionally, Vindhya worked at YOUPLUS as an Engineering Manager from January 2016 to October 2016. Vindhya started their career at Microsoft Corp., where they held positions as a Program Manager from September 2007 to January 2010 and as a Software Design Engineer from February 2001 to September 2007. During their time at Microsoft, they contributed to the development of features for the Engineering system used for building, testing, and releasing Microsoft Windows 7.

Vindhya began their career as a Software Developer at Nokia Siemens Networks from January 1998 to January 2001. Overall, Vindhya has a diverse background in software engineering, management, and leadership roles throughout their career.

Vindhya Joseph has a strong educational background with degrees in various fields. Vindhya completed their Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from the College of Engineering, Thrissur in the years 1993 to 1997. Following that, they pursued their higher studies and obtained a Master of Science degree in Software Systems from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani from 1999 to 2001. Vindhya later continued to expand their knowledge and skills by completing a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Science Education from Oregon State University between 2012 and 2015.
