Muhammad Khalid has a diverse work experience that spans from 2016 to 2021. In 2016, they worked as a Student Peer Mentor at The University of British Columbia, as well as Vice President of Finance for UBCO's chapter of Students Offering Support (SOS) and a Citizenship Mentor for the City of Kelowna. In 2017, they were a Graduate Research Assistant, President of the UBCO Bioinformatics Users Group (BUG), Research Assistant, and Teaching Assistant at The University of British Columbia. In 2018, they were a Board Director for the New Vintage Theatre Society. Finally, in 2021, they worked as a Bioinformatics Scientist for Jumpcode Genomics.
Muhammad Khalid obtained a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology from The University of British Columbia between 2014 and 2018. Muhammad then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering at The University of British Columbia between 2019 and 2021.
