Patrycja Ajdukiewicz

Patrycja Ajdukiewicz, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Patrycja currently serves as the Director of Small Business Services at JumpStart Inc., where they oversee the development and implementation of programs and services for small businesses. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Advisor in Small Business Education & Support and as a Manager of Workshops and Advising Services at the same organization.

Before joining JumpStart Inc., Patrycja was a Development Finance Analyst at the City of Cleveland Department of Economic Development. In this role, they were responsible for analyzing and evaluating financial data for development projects.
