In 2006 I developed successful national Housing Strategy for 270 000 individuals and coordinated its implementation over 10 years, as result 50 000 households were provided with various housing solutions (major donors were state, EU and USAID). I continued my career in construction and transportation sector. In 2018 joined June Homes, which was a just established venture-backed membership living brand that provides fully furnished properties in some of the most desirable areas in the US and globally. I started from scratch, established and developed high tech real estate operations with capacity of converting properties into luxury furnished homes with hotel-style services in prime areas in 3-5 days. I created in house capacity of full-scale operations including design, procurement, construction, logistics, warehouse, property maintenance orchestrated by a specially established automated project management system. As a result, I got a unique and highly efficient business model, easily scalable and capable converting most of properties into highly competitive, nicely designed functional homes affordable locally and globally.
