Lina Espinosa

Lina Espinosa has a strong background in sales and business leadership, particularly in the food and nutrition industry. Their most recent position was as the LAM Commercial Director at Jungbunzlauer, a role they have held since October 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Commercial Director for North Latam at Brenntag Food & Nutrition from December 2019 to September 2020.

Before joining Brenntag, Lina held various positions at Cargill, where they worked from 2016 to 2019. Lina served as the Sales and Business Director CSST from July 2018 to August 2019 and as the Texturant Solutions Director from January 2016 to July 2018.

Lina's career also includes roles at Tate & Lyle Mexico and Tate & Lyle, where they held positions as Regional Commercial Director from July 2010 to October 2015 and as Area Manager from July 2008 to July 2010, respectively.

Additionally, Lina worked at Danisco Mexico as the Gte. Health & Nutrition from October 1993 to July 2008.

Throughout their career, Lina has demonstrated expertise in leading commercial teams, analyzing commercial strategies, and driving regional growth. Lina has a successful track record in achieving double-digit growth results and has experience in P&L management, sales, administration, logistics, and customer service.

Lina Espinosa completed a Bachelor's Degree in Food Chemistry at the Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico, Mexico City, from 1986 to 1990. Lina then pursued a Master's degree in Ingenieria en Alimentos at Tecnológico de Monterrey from 1990 to 1992.
