Sarah Egan

Sarah Egan (she/her/hers) has a diverse work history in human resources. Sarah is currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Jungbunzlauer since April 2023. Prior to that, they held the same position at Acino from July 2021 to March 2023. Before their roles as CHRO, Sarah worked at Roche as the VP of HR, Region Europe from December 2016 to November 2019. Sarah also had significant experience at Novartis Pharmaceuticals, where they held multiple positions including Global Head of HR, Quality from October 2015 to November 2016, Head of Talent Management and Organisational Development in Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa from January 2012 to October 2015, and Senior HR Business Partner from October 2011 to January 2012. Sarah's career in human resources began as a Medical Representative at Lorex Synthelabo from 1997 to 1998.

Sarah Egan attended INSEAD from 2015 to 2016, where they obtained a degree in EMCCC with a focus on Organizational Behavior Studies. Before that, they studied at the University of Leicester from 1991 to 1995, although no degree or field of study was specified.
