Arnoud Kamerbeek has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Arnoud started their career as an Engineer at Shell International Exploration & Production in 1997 and worked there until 2000. Arnoud then joined McKinsey & Company as a Consultant from 2002 to 2008. From 2008 to 2013, Arnoud served as the Managing Director at Vattenfall/Nuon. Arnoud then took on the role of Chairman of the Board (non-executive) at Indaver from 2014 to 2015. At the same time, they became the CEO of Delta NV from 2014 to 2016. Following this, Arnoud worked as a Seed Capital Investor at Ceres Growth Capital from 2016 onwards and later joined Glass Frog Ventures in 2021 in the same role. Currently, they are the CEO of Jungle, a company that provides a powerful predictive toolset to overcome asset underperformance. Throughout their career, Arnoud has demonstrated a strong entrepreneurial drive and a focus on delivering growth and value to the companies they have worked with.
Arnoud Kamerbeek pursued their education in various institutions. Arnoud attended Het Nieuwe Lyceum from 1985 to 1991, where they completed their Gymnasium studies. Following this, they enrolled at Delft University of Technology from 1991 to 1996, earning their MSc. degree in Chemical Engineering. In 2001, Arnoud attended INSEAD and completed an MBA program.
