Michelle Pan

Michelle Pan has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries. Michelle started their career as a Legislative Intern at the Wisconsin State Assembly in 2021, where they conducted research, composed responses to constituent concerns, and facilitated town hall meetings.

In 2022, Michelle worked as a Financial Planning & Analysis/Strategy Intern at Kohl's, where they analyzed sales and margin data, developed processes for financial analysis and strategic projects, and completed industry and competitor analysis using financial modeling techniques.

Michelle also gained teaching experience at the Wisconsin School of Business, where they served as a Teaching Assistant for an Excel Proficiency Course. Michelle provided support to nearly 900 students, hosted interactive office hours, and guided students on technical and conceptual Excel questions.

Additionally, Michelle worked as a Business & Finance Instructor at Juni Learning, where they executed and adjusted lesson plans for students aged 8 to 18. Michelle communicated with parents, maintained student records, and tailored lesson plans to meet individual learning needs.

Michelle Pan completed their high school education at Muskego High School from 2016 to 2020, earning a high school diploma. Michelle then pursued further education at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2020 to 2023, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. Michelle'sfield of study at the university was Finance, General, and Management. In addition to their academic pursuits, Michelle Pan has also obtained certifications in insurance, including Health, Property, and Casualty, from the Wisconsin Office of the Commissioner of Insurance (OCI) in January 2021. Michelle has also completed the Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED certification, which was obtained from the American Red Cross.
