Karolina Arvidsson has a long and varied work history. Karolina began their career in 2011 as a Marketing Intern at Nelly.com, where they managed online campaigns and social media activities. In the same year, they also took on the role of Production Manager & Coordinator at BSP Marketing. In 2013, they moved to Le Pacte AB, where they worked as a Project Manager, managing a large demo project. Karolina then moved to iZettle in 2015, where they worked as Global Employer Brand Manager and Internal Brand Manager. In 2022, they began their current role as Employer Brand & Culture Lead and Brand Experience at Juni, where they are responsible for Project Managing and launching the Juni brand 2.0, launching Juni's first brand book, and creating Brand Moments.
Karolina Arvidsson attended Halmstad University from 2008 to 2011, where they earned a Kandidatexamen in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Karolina then attended Berghs School of Communication in 2017, where they studied Internal Communications.
