Rebecca Belknap

Rebecca Belknap has been in the recruitment and talent industry for over 8 years. Rebecca began their career in 2013 as an Office Coordinator at Lightspeed Venture Partners. In the same year, they joined PernixData as a Recruiter, where they were also the 'Interim Head of Talent' for their first 6 months. In 2014, they took a year off to travel the world before becoming a Freelance Technical Recruiter at Talentum, Inc. In 2015, they joined LevelUp Ventures as a Recruitment Consultant, Startups. In 2017, they joined Payconiq as a Talent Partner and in 2021 they joined Juni as Head of People and Director, People Learning & Experience.

Rebecca Belknap attended Foothill College from 2007 to 2009, where they earned an Associate of Arts (AA) in General Studies. Rebecca then attended the University of California, Davis from 2009 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Sociology.
