Rachael Sosnowski

Rachael Sosnowski is an accomplished project manager with extensive experience in strategic project development and implementation, currently serving as Project Manager for Strategic Accounts at Nextech Systems since December 2021. Prior to this role, Rachael successfully managed project execution in various capacities and was a Medical Practice Manager at Dermatology of Coastal Sarasota, where significant growth initiatives were achieved. Rachael has also held leadership roles in the spa industry and has a strong background in medical practice management, including team supervision and HR functions. Additionally, Rachael actively contributes as a volunteer member of the Junior League of Sarasota, supporting women's leadership and community impact. Rachael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Exercise Science from Methodist University.
