Colette Harris has been with Junior's Cheesecake since June 2004 and currently serves as the E-Commerce Director since August 2014. Colette has successfully optimized site functionality and navigation, leading to a consistent 20% sales growth. Colette formulated a data-driven online business strategy that resulted in $20 million in direct-to-consumer sales. Apart from their current role, Colette also previously worked as a Project Manager, where Colette implemented operational strategies and maintained a positive work culture.
