Noémie Charbit has a rich and diverse work experience spanning several industries. Noémie began their career as a Commis aux ressources humaines - chargée de projet at Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton in 2011. Noémie then moved on to work as a Coordinatrice RH, focusing on recruitment and training, at CCI Nice Côte d'Azur from 2011 to 2012. Noémie further expanded their HR knowledge and skills as an Agente de recrutement (stage) at Capital Ressources in 2013.

In 2013, Noémie joined Airbus Helicopters, Inc. and took on roles such as Coordonnatrice Formation and Coordonnatrice RH, where they were responsible for the onboarding and integration of new employees. Noémie also served as a HR Business Partner for the Sales, Marketing, and Strategy departments, supporting approximately 200 employees. In 2017, they worked as a Barista at Starbucks, gaining valuable customer service experience.

In 2018, Noémie joined Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ), where they held the positions of Coordonnatrice, Développement organisationnel and Technicienne RH. In their role as Coordonnatrice, they managed various development activities for the organization, including analyzing needs, supplier relations, creating internal publications, and post-training management. Noémie also oversaw the onboarding process for new employees and interns and managed the learning module (LMS Workday). Additionally, they handled coaching requests. As a Technicienne RH, they were responsible for job postings internally and externally.

Noémie later worked in the hospitality industry, undertaking missions related to customer service and hotel and restaurant services at various establishments, including Juno Journey, Hotel Locarno 3*, Hotel Martinez 5*, Palais des Festivals Cannes, and Allianz Riviera. Their journey in this field lasted from September 2022 to December 2022.

Noémie Charbit started their education in 2008 at the Université Côte d'Azur, where they obtained a DUT in Business and Administration with a specialization in Human Resources. Noémie continued their studies at the same university and earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources in 2012. In 2012-2013, they attended the Aix-Marseille Graduate School of Management - IAE and completed their first year of a Master's degree in General Management. Noémie then pursued a Master's degree in Management and Corporate Governance at Sciences Po Aix from 2014 to 2015. In addition to their academic qualifications, Noémie obtained a certification in the Brevet d'Aptitude aux Fonctions d'Animateur (BAFA) in 2007.
