Margaret Dittloff has been working in the food and nutrition industry for over 30 years. Margaret began their career in 1990 as a Foodservice Manager/Campus Dietitian for Professional Food-Service Management, Inc. In 1994, they took on the role of Coordinator Food & Nutrition Resource Management for Professional Food-Service Management. In 1996, they were Board Operations Director for Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services. From 2011 to 2013, they were a Volunteer, Nutrition Project Facilitator for Health Level Seven International. From 2013 to 2016, they were Past Chair, Nutrition Informatics Interoperability & Standards Committee for Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. In this role, they implemented a program of work based on the Academy's strategic Health IT goals. From 2016 to 2019, they were Research Project Manager for Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Currently, they are Head of Product for Junum.
Margaret Dittloff received their B.S. in Hotel, Restaurant & Institution Management from Iowa State University in 1989. Margaret then went on to receive their M.S. in Clinical Nutrition from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in 2002. In 2011, they completed the AMIA 10x10 Biomedical and Health Informatics Course in Nutrition Informatics from Oregon Health & Science University. From 2009 to 2014, they were a Level III Pragmatic Marketing Certified Product Manager in Product Management & Product Marketing from Pragmatic Marketing.
