Michael Johnson

Michael Johnson is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in system administration, technical support, and network design. Currently, Michael serves as a Senior System Administrator at Jupiter Intelligence, a role undertaken since April 2023. Previously, Michael worked as an IT Support Specialist at Argen Corporation and as a Desktop Security Specialist at EDF Renewables North America. A significant portion of Michael’s career was spent at UC San Diego as a Business Systems Technical Analyst II, focusing on resolving technical issues and administering systems. Additional experience includes roles at PacketVideo, R.W. Smith & Co., RMS Computer Corporation, and Boeing, where skills in troubleshooting, software installation, and network design were honed. Michael holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Network and System Administration from Bates Technical College.
