Stephen Morel

Stephen Morel has been in the legal industry for over a decade. Stephen began their career in 2006 as a Partner at Morel Yorsch, LLC and Nola Title Company, LLC. In 2015, they took on the role of Chief Legal Officer at CivicSource. Currently, they are the Founder & CEO of JurisDeed, a position they have held since 2019.

Stephen Morel's education history includes a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from LSU Law from 1999 to 2002, a Bachelor of Arts - BA from Louisiana State University from 1996 to 1999 in Russian, Central European, East European and Eurasian Studies, and a Russian Basic Course from the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center from 1994 to 1995 in Russian Language and Literature.
