Jesse Pompa

Jesse Pompa is an experienced engineering and water resources professional currently serving as the Director of Engineering and Water Resources at Jurupa Community Services District since September 2022. Prior to this role, Jesse worked at Inland Empire Utilities Agency, where responsibilities included Manager of Grants from August 2018 to September 2022, and various positions from 2010 to 2018, including Senior Engineer, Senior Associate Engineer, and Environmental Compliance Officer.
