Brenda Q has extensive experience in human resources and management roles. Brenda currently serves as the Human Resources Director, North America at JUSDA Supply Chain Management International Co., Ltd., where they provide strategic leadership in developing people strategies and supervises a team responsible for HR operations. Prior to this, Brenda was the Human Resources Director at Tripalink, where they supported the growing workforce and led organizational effectiveness initiatives. Brenda also served as the Head of Human Resources at Hikvision USA, where they developed and implemented HR strategies aligned with business goals. Prior to that, Brenda worked as an Insurance Professional, developing a client base and determining clients' needs and financial situations. Brenda also held positions as the Head of HR and General Administration at Fujitsu Global, HR Process Consultant/Payroll Administrator at ADP, and Recruitment/HR Project role at Abbott. Brenda began their career as a Recruitment Specialist at Novartis, where they played a crucial role in recruitment projects.

Brenda Q has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature from Daito Bunka University. Brenda also holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI, which was obtained in 2021.
