Prior to that, they served as the Director of Compliance Department at Native Roots Colorado, managing regulatory compliance policies and procedures. Ian also worked as an Independent Compliance & Financial Advisory Consultant at SMS, providing consulting services and financial analysis for a freight company. Earlier in their career, they served as the General Counsel and Director of Operations at AMI-Wellness Home Health, leading compliance programming solutions in the healthcare industry. Ian began their career as an Attorney at the National Labor Relations Board, handling labor practice investigations and litigation.

Ian F. completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from HEC Paris between 2015 and 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) in Health Care Law from Loyola University Chicago in 2008.
