Natalie Tate

Natalie Tate is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational leadership and management across various sectors. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Director of Operations at Just since September 2020, Natalie has previously held senior roles at TDX Group, including Head of Supplier Delivery, Performance & Quality, and Head of Operational Excellence & Transformation from February 2015 to September 2020. Additional experience includes positions at Shepherd Direct, Citi, and Egg, where Natalie managed significant projects such as Transitional Service Agreements and the development of a digitised sales strategy for personal loans. Educational qualifications include a BA Hons in History from Sheffield Hallam University and a CIM Professional Diploma in Marketing from the University of Derby, along with recent coursework at Cranfield School of Management.
