Charlotte Lister

Charlotte Lister has extensive experience working with children across various roles and settings. Currently serving as a Nursery Assistant at Just Childcare Ltd since October 2021, Charlotte focuses on caregiving for children aged 0-3. As a Student Representative at Leeds Trinity Students' Union from January 2020, Charlotte has advocated for peers in the course related to working with children, young people, and families. Previous positions include a Teaching Assistant placement at Chapel Allerton Primary School, where Charlotte supported children's education in mathematics and English, and a Kids Team Member role at David Lloyd Leisure, providing recreational activities for children ages 3-11. Charlotte also has a background in customer service from a position at Hollywood Bowl Group Plc. Academically, Charlotte holds a Master's degree in Family Support and a Bachelor's degree in Working with Children, Young People, and Families from Leeds Trinity University, along with various credentials in childcare and humanities.
