Lisa Connell - Crowley

Lisa Connell-Crowley is an experienced biotechnology professional currently serving as SVP of Process and Product Design at Just - Evotec Biologics since September 2015. Prior roles include VP and Scientific Director in the same department, as well as Scientist IV. Previously, Lisa worked at Amgen from March 2004 to August 2015 as a Principal Scientist, leading groups in purification process development for monoclonal antibodies and biosimilar products. Prior to Amgen, Lisa established a core service group at Celltech overseeing cell line development, expression, purification, and characterization of monoclonal antibodies. Lisa began a research career as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, focusing on the role of cyclin dependent kinase 5 in Drosophila melanogaster nervous system development. Educational credentials include a PhD in Biochemistry from Baylor College of Medicine and a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from Mills College.
