JP Wright

JP Wright has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. JP began their career at Cooliris in 2011, where they worked in business development, landing partnerships and assisting with platform integration. In 2014, they co-founded Crossfader, an iOS DJ'ing app, where they developed for the full iOS stack and focused on improving the project's codebase. JP then joined Uberchord Engineering in 2016 as a Senior Software Developer. In the same year, they started working at Contentful as an iOS "SDK & Tools" Engineer, eventually becoming the team lead. JP also took on the interim role of Product Owner, identifying high-impact projects to fulfill customer needs and organizational goals. More recently, they joined Just Financial in 2019 as a Senior Software Engineer, responsible for frontend, GraphQL, and Golang microservices. JP also led process changes to enhance team collaboration and delivery of customer value.

JP Wright completed their education with a Master's Degree in Music Science & Technology at CCRMA from Stanford University, which they achieved between the years 2013 and 2014. Prior to that, they pursued an Engineer's Degree in Management Science and Engineering at Stanford University from 2008 to 2013. Their earlier education includes attending Laguna Blanca School from 2005 to 2008, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned during that time.
