Debra Baker has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Debra began their career in 2008 as a QA Lab Technician at Lehigh Valley Dairy Farms where they worked until 2012. From 2012 to 2016, Debra worked as a Senior Microbiologist at Eurofins Lancaster Laboratories. Debra then joined TIC Gums in 2016 and held the positions of Senior Microbiologist until 2018 and Food Safety Manager from 2018 to 2020. Currently, Debra is employed at JustFoodForDogs, where they have held several roles including Quality Assurance Manager from 2020 to 2021, Production Manager from 2021 to 2022, Director of Regulatory and Compliance from 2022 to 2023, and is currently serving as the Senior Director East Coast Operations.
