Maija Salo

Maija Salo has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Maija began their career in 2017 as a Head Instructor at Just For Kix, where they oversaw and instructed dance classes for different age groups and skill levels. In this role, they developed weekly lesson plans and provided constructive feedback to dancers.

In 2021, Maija worked as a Shift Lead at Peoples Organic Minneapolis, where they facilitated the operations of a busy coffee shop in the absence of higher management. Maija'sresponsibilities included opening and closing the shop, handling cash drawers, and guiding inventory stocking.

Later in 2021, Maija joined Ashland Productions as an ACT! Director. In this role, they created daily lesson plans and activity guides tailored to each age group's developmental abilities. Maija effectively communicated goals and plans with co-directors and program heads while ensuring the individual needs of each student were met.
