Dagna Frydrych has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Dagna started their career as an intern at BMW Group Polska, where they worked as a Junior Marketing Specialist in Events/Sports/Sponsoring. Dagna then joined Studio111 as a PR&Marketing Specialist before moving on to Inteliclinic, where they held multiple roles including Communications Manager and Chief Marketing Officer. At Inteliclinic, they were responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies, managing media campaigns, and overseeing customer support.
In 2017, Dagna joined Polski Fundusz Rozwoju S.A. as a Manager in the Innovations Development Department. Dagna managed a team of five and coordinated various projects aimed at building new ventures and educating individuals on starting a new business. Dagna also played a key role in developing the Polish innovation ecosystem.
After their tenure at Polski Fundusz Rozwoju S.A., Dagna worked at CTHINGS.CO as the Head of B2B Marketing and later as the Investors Relations & Marketing Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for B2B marketing strategies and managing relationships with investors.
Most recently, Dagna joined Wyższa Szkoła Bankowa w Warszawie as an MBA Project Coordinator. In this role, they oversee project coordination and management within the MBA program.

In 2012 and 2013, they furthered their studies at KEDGE Business School, obtaining another Master's degree in Management. This provided their with a strong foundation in management principles and practices.
