Patryk Kałęka

Patryk Kałęka has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Patryk currently holds the position of Senior Key Account Manager at Just Join IT, where they started in April 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Klub Sportowy Team Luks Żórawina-Wrocław from September 2016 to January 2022, serving as a Member of the Board. Between June 2018 and May 2021, they were employed at ConnectYou as a Project & Sales Manager. In January-June 2018, Patryk worked at Merge Staff as a Project & Sales Manager, where they were responsible for various tasks including coordinating the Headhunting team, managing sales department, servicing strategic clients, acquiring new clients, handling post-sales customer service, motivating teams, and assessing individual and team performance. Patryk also had a stint at IPT Call Center Sp. z o.o., where they held positions such as Project Manager and Team Manager from February 2016 to January 2018. During their time as a Project Manager, they achieved impressive sales results and managed a large sales/support team.
