Lily Yee

Lily Yee is a seasoned UX design professional with extensive experience in leading teams and driving impactful design initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as Senior UX Design Manager at JustAnswer since August 2022, Lily co-founded Designers Guild WOC, a supportive community for women of color in UX and design. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Product Design at Mattel, where leadership led to successful app launches, and Senior Manager of UX Design at SEPHORA, overseeing a team that improved the Sephora To Go app. Experience also includes significant roles at Bank of America, Genworth Wealth Management, and Logic Healthworks, focusing on enhancing user experiences and implementing best practices. Lily holds a BA in Computer Arts/New Media Design from the Academy of Art University.
