Ellie Evans

Ellie is responsible for the People function at Just Group and plays an active role in delivering the Group strategy and fostering Just’s culture of inclusion and performance. .

Ellie joined Just Group in October 2022 and has over 20 years of cross industry HR leadership experience in both operational and talent, learning, engagement, organisational design and development roles. She joined Just as Chief People Officer having worked at companies such as BAA plc, BP plc, Volkswagen Group, ABF plc and most recently BGL Group where she led the separation of BGL Insurance from the Group from a people and culture perspective which was followed by the successful sale of BGL Insurance.
