Emily Joy is a seasoned professional in data protection and compliance, currently serving as Data Protection Manager at Just Group plc since November 2023. Prior to this role, Emily was the Global Data Protection Lead at The Fry Group, where responsibilities included guiding data protection practices, conducting data protection impact assessments, and managing data breaches. Emily began their career in financial services as a Client Relationship Manager at Aptus Wealth, and previously held positions in client services and education. Emily holds a Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning from the Chartered Insurance Institute and a BA Hons in Music with Instrumental or Vocal Teaching from the University of Chichester.
