Viral Patel has a strong background in business intelligence and data analysis. Viral started their career as a Data Analyst at Holden Pearmain in 2006, before moving on to become a Business Intelligence Manager at the Newspaper Licensing Agency from 2006 to 2012. Viral then served as the Business Intelligence Team Lead at JustGiving from 2013 to 2017. Currently, they are working as the Lead Data Warehouse Dev at Just Group plc.

Viral Patel obtained a Master's degree in Datawarehouse-Data mining from the University of Greenwich, from the year 2004 to 2006.
