Kshama Kumar

Kshama Kumar has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and companies. Kshama started as a Frontend Developer intern at Kaavay in 2015. From 2016 to 2021, they worked at CGI as a Software Engineer and Data Migration Expert, where they implemented data migration, developed data pipelines, and provided technical support for Microsoft Dynamics AX.

In 2022, Kshama completed a summer internship at Daikin Applied Americas, where they forecasted future availability of items using data analysis and regression modeling. Kshama then joined Seattle University in 2023, working as a Developer on a Capstone Project focused on automated pothole detection and reporting. Kshama built object detection and classification models and utilized Raspberry Pi for accurate pothole identification.

Currently, Kshama is working at Justia as an Associate Data Engineer, responsible for maintaining Tableau dashboards, improving usability, and implementing new features to provide deeper insights into key performance indicators.

Kshama Kumar obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science - Data Science from Seattle University between the years 2021 and 2023. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Padre Conceicao College of Engineering Agnel Ashram Verna from 2012 to 2016.

In terms of additional certifications, Kshama obtained several certifications from Udemy. In November 2022, they completed the courses "Bioinformatics with Python," "Python Game Development," and "Tableau 2022 A-Z: Hands-On Tableau Training for Data Science." In 2019, they completed the course "Machine Learning A-Z: Hands-on Python and R in Data Science" and "The Data Science Course 2019: Complete Data Science Bootcamp." Additionally, in 2016, they completed "The Complete Web Developer Course" from Udemy.

Furthermore, Kshama holds two certifications from Aspiring Minds. In August 2016, they obtained the "AMCAT Certified Software Engineer - IT Services" certification and the "AMCAT Certified Software Engineer - Product" certification from the same institution.
