John Aarons

John Aarons is an experienced professional in the fields of youth services, counseling, and education. As the President of TFC Consultants, Inc. since August 2016, John has also served as an Associate at Justice System Partners since 2014. Prior roles include Adjunct Instructor at the University of Oregon and Assistant Division Manager at Lane County Division of Youth Services. Additional experience includes positions such as Casework Supervisor at Lane County Department of Youth Services and Vice President at CAF Associates. John holds both a Master of Science in Counseling and Corrections and a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies, both from the University of Oregon.
