Joseph Welling

Joseph Welling is currently serving as the Principal at Justin-Siena High School since June 2023. Before this role, Joseph worked at J. K. Mullen High School from October 2011 to June 2023, holding various positions such as Assistant Principal for Academics and Curriculum, Head Cross Country Coach, Dean of Students, and Director of Student Life. Prior to J. K. Mullen High School, Joseph worked at Regis Jesuit High School from August 2008 to October 2011 as an Assistant Director of Admissions and teacher. Joseph holds a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Xavier University.
