Rohitashva Gaurava has a wealth of experience in the technology industry. Rohitashva began their career in 1995 as a Member of Technical Staff at Persistent Systems Pvt Ltd. In 1999, they moved to Bearing Point (KPMG Consulting) as a Technical Architect. From 2001 to 2011, they were the Senior Director of Deployment Technology at E2open. In 2011, they became the Founder and CEO of Justransform.com.

Rohitashva Gaurava holds a Master in Computer Applications from CSD Pune University in the field of Computer Science and Engineering, as well as a BSc in Bachelor of Science (Physics Honors) from St. Xavier's College, Ranchi University, India.
