Christin Cole has a long and varied work experience. Christin began their career in 1997 as a Human Resource Manager for Getchell Construction, Inc. In 2003, they became the General Manager for G2 FACILITIES MANAGEMENT LIMITED. In 2004, they moved to Bardon Quality Cabinetry as an Operations/Human Resource Manager. In 2008, they became the Office Manager for Lax Sebenius LLC. In 2010, they began working for Apps Associates as a Human Resources Director and Operations Manager-Human Resources, Admin, Facilities & Risk Mgmnt. Finally, in 2022, they became the Human Resources Director for Vanilla.
Christin Cole has an educational background in Psychology and Human Resource Management. Christin obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University, and a Certificate Program in Human Resource Management from UC San Diego between 1998 and 2000. In addition, they have obtained four certifications from LinkedIn and The Academy Of Modern Applied Psychology in 2022. These certifications include "Be an Inclusive Organization People Won't Leave", "Driving Inclusion with Empathy", "Human Resources: Strategic Workforce Planning", and "Life Coach (Beginner to Advanced)".
