Althea Harvey is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in people management and organizational culture. Currently serving as a Senior People Business Partner at Justworks since September 2021, Althea has previously held significant roles including Director of People & Culture and Human Resources Business Partner at the Urban Resource Institute. Prior experience includes HR Business Partner at Shearman & Sterling LLP and HR Consultant at ACA. Althea's career began at New York University, where various positions were held including Human Resources Manager and Senior Human Resource Assistant, contributing to a strong foundation in HR practices.
