Layla Ramirez

Layla Ramirez is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging across various sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging at Justworks and as the Founder & CEO of The FirstOnes Collective, Ramirez is committed to empowering First-Generation Professionals. In addition, Ramirez works as an Executive Coach at Harvard Business School, Chief of Staff at The Daraja Collective, and has authored a forthcoming book, “A First Generation Professional’s Thriving Guide.” Previous roles include Sr. Program Manager at Amazon Web Services, Program Manager at Netflix, and Global Talent Management Specialist at Beckman Coulter, where efforts focused on driving cultural transformation and executing effective inclusion programs. Ramirez holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Smith College, complemented by a Business Certificate from Columbia University.
